About Mary White & David Pace

Mary White is a prosecuting attorney in Yuma, Arizona, USA.   She has  thirty-five (35) years experience as a practicing attorney, the past twenty-five (25) in prosecution.  She is a Deputy County Attorney with the Yuma County Attorney’s Office.  She is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law and  admitted to the State Bars of Arizona and California.    Although she is a full-time prosecuting attorney, her primary interest is Restorative Justice. 

Ms. White  has developed two courses:  Restorative Justice and Mentally Impaired Offenders and  teaches these at Northern Arizona University-Yuma.  

Ms. White initiated and coordinates the Yuma County Attorney’s Community Justice Boards, which is a restorative justice program for juvenile first offenders.

She is currently working with the Adult Probation Department of Yuma County to develop a restorative justice conferencing program for victims and offenders.

Dr. David Pace has a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He also maintains his own website at    Dr. Pace is currently a scientist with General Atomics.  Dr. Pace provides technical assistance for this website as a community service and the views expressed herein do not represent his or the views of General Atomics.
